• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the currency in which Account balances are displayed.

Each User may register only one Account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering an Account you must:

• Provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth and a valid email address.
• Choose a unique username and a strong password that you do not use on any other platform.
• Not impersonate any other person or use a false identity.
• Update your account details promptly if any information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. 92pkr3 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such access results from your failure to safeguard your login details. KYC Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal, 92pkr3 requires identity verification. You will be asked to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Pakistani CNIC or valid passport), and in some cases a proof of address or source-of-funds documentation. Accounts that cannot be verified may have withdrawals withheld pending compliance review.

By using the Platform you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that violates applicable law.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

All Account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposit and withdrawal method availability depends on the operator's current arrangements, applicable compliance requirements and your geographic location.

Familiar Pakistani payment options — including services associated with Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be referenced as contextual examples of domestic payment rails. • Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the Promotion terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%; live dealer and table games typically contribute at a lower rate. Promotion terms will specify contribution rates.

Cricket markets — including PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournament matches and bilateral Pakistan international series — are subject to the cricket-specific rules published in the Platform's help section. References to cricket, PSL, ICC and related competitions are for sports-context purposes only; 92pkr3 is not affiliated with, endorsed by or officially connected to the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Pakistan Super League (PSL), International Cricket Council (ICC) or any other sporting body.

• Bets are final once confirmed. Unconfirmed bets due to technical issues are void.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the real-time state of the market. Odds visible on screen during live events may not reflect the final accepted price if a delay occurs between placement and confirmation.
• 92pkr3 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by match-fixing, corruption or an obvious pricing error.
• Maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These are set by the operator and visible in the relevant market.
• Bets placed after the official start of an event (where not part of a designated in-play market) will be voided.

• Modify or create derivative works based on the Platform's Content or software.
• Use any data mining, scraping or similar automated data-collection methods on the Platform.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notices on any Content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 92pkr3 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

92pkr3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where we reasonably believe that:

• An Account has been used for money laundering, match-fixing or any criminal purpose.
• A User has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• A User is, or has become, a Prohibited User as defined in these Terms.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the Account holder.
• Regulatory, legal or compliance requirements mandate the restriction of the Account.

Where an Account is closed following a confirmed breach of these Terms, any Balance — including deposits not yet wagered — may be forfeited at 92pkr3's discretion pending investigation. Where closure is initiated by the User in good standing, the available Balance will be returned following completed KYC and AML checks.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its primary licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your Account before the revised Terms take effect.
